Some things I like about Cashpoint are its comprehensive sports coverage and cashback-based loyalty program. They also run some cool promos, including a bonus for downloading their mobile apps, which is a rare find. But the user experience was a bit of a letdown. Specifically, the desktop user interface needs a makeover — it’s clunky and takes a while to get used to.
In my upcoming Cashpoint review, I’ll give you my two cents on how this sportsbook performs based on my firsthand experience.
License and Security
Cashpoint is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, license number MGA/B2C/114/2005. The Danish Gambling Authority also cleared the sportsbook to operate in Denmark.
They use TLS protocols from DigiCert Global for data security. This is a more advanced safety method than the SSL technology many other sportsbooks use, so you can be sure your personal information will be secure.

What Do People Say About Cashpoint?
I scoured the betting community to see what players say about Cashpoint, and the situation isn’t bright.
I found no major complaints on Reddit, which is a positive sign as players often head there first to blow off steam when they have something to vent about. However, the feedback could be better on other platforms.
Cashpoint has caught a lot of heat on the App Store for difficult navigation and unresponsive support, scraping together a meager 2.3 rating — nothing to write home about. The Cashpoint reviews on Trustpilot are atrocious, with a 1.6 rating and 90% of the reviews being 1-star. There, too, it received criticism for its poor user experience and poor support. Some bettors have also pointed out that live betting odds update too slowly. Several users blasted Cashpoint for not honoring their bonus terms.
Usability, Look and Feel
I get that Cashpoint wanted to be innovative with their design, but it didn’t really work out. It took me a while to get the hang of the layout.
On the left side, they replaced the usual A-Z sports list with a navigation sidebar with six dropdowns: time, sport, country, league, bet options, and bets. Although this theoretically sounds like an intuitive way to organize things, it ends up being pretty slapdash and doesn’t flow well.
When you open basketball, three random games from different leagues appear horizontally at the top of the screen. Below that, there’s a vertical list of basketball games from various leagues, and the betting screen is stretched to present only three types of bets. It’s quite chaotic.
I do dig the yellow-white theme and the minimalistic style, but the overall setup isn’t very user-friendly.
The mobile apps are a different story — they’re much better. Browsing betting options is easier, and all the main features are accessible through the bottom ribbon and the hamburger menu in the top left corner, so you don’t have to dig around.

Deposit Methods
Cashpoint offers a variety of deposit methods. You can top up your account with providers like Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Paysafecard, Trustly, and PayPal, to name a few.
The minimum deposit is €10, and most deposits are instant, except for bank transfers, which can take 3–10 days depending on whether the transaction is within or outside Europe. Cashpoint doesn’t charge any fees for deposits, but your bank might.
Withdrawal Methods
By default, the Cashpoint bookmaker processes withdrawals using the same method you used to deposit. If you’re in Europe, you’ll usually see your money in 3–5 days. For those outside Europe, it can take 5–7 business days. If you’re outside the EU, there are some fees, which is a bummer.
For bank wire withdrawals, list CASHPOINT Malta Ltd. as the recipient and include your username in the payment reason field.
Cashpoint Bonuses and Promotions
As a new customer, you’re in for a pretty sweet Cashpoint sign-up offer that gives you a safety net on your first wager.
Beyond the sign-up offer, there are several ongoing promos you can take advantage of if you stick around. Here’s the lowdown.
Cashpoint Welcome Bonus
The Cashpoint welcome bonus is a refund deal where you get back 100% of your stake if your first bet loses up to €100. So, if your opening wager comes up short, you get a do-over. You don’t need a Cashpoint bonus code to secure the intro promo.
To qualify, you must place a bet of €5 or more with minimum odds of 1.5. While you can’t bet on heavy favorites, the 1.5 threshold is pretty low compared to the industry average.
If you receive a free bet refund, you have 7 days to use it. If you win a bet using the free bet, you’ll only get the winnings minus the free bet stake.
Mobile Bonus
If you download the Cashpoint app for iOS or Android and deposit €20 or more, you’ll receive a €20 free bet bonus. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a mobile bonus, so kudos to Cashpoint for offering this incentive. No Cashpoint promo code is required for this promo.
Combi Bonus
This is a staple offer at Cashpoint and many other sportsbooks. You get a bonus on your accumulator bets, with the bonus percentage increasing with the number of selections you add. The more picks you string together, the higher the bonus, up to a maximum of 30%. You need at least 3 selections to qualify for the boost, and if you have 3 or 4 selections, one of them must be a live bet.
Loyalty Bonus
The Cashpoint sportsbook has a cashback loyalty program where you can get up to 50% of what you put down back, depending on your status level. There are three levels — silver, gold, and platinum — and as you progress, your cashback increases. You can see how much cashback you’re earning (CASH.POINTS) on your betting slip. Once you rack up at least 5,000 points, you can exchange them for betting credits (essentially free bets).
Betting Options and Markets
Cashpoint offers fantastic sports coverage, with odds on 35+ sports, depending on the time of the year (they cover some sports seasonally). You’ll find plenty to bet on, from popular sports like football, basketball, and tennis to more niche options like triathlon, sailing, and sculling.
Regarding market depth, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Their football betting program is top-notch in terms of diversity. During my review, I found over 400 wagers for a marquee match, including a variety of corner, player, and card specials.
However, tennis doesn’t get the same love. For a 500 men’s tournament, I expected to find more than 20 bets. Sure, the core set and game bets are there, but combo bets are few and far between.
Cashpoint Live Betting
You can find 6+ sports on Cashpoint’s live platform for punters at any given time. With the in-play betting format, you can jump in on the action as the match unfolds. The odds will fluctuate throughout with every momentum change.
Their live betting options pretty much mirror what’s available pre-match for that event.
The bet builder feature typically isn’t available for live betting, but the cashout feature is.
Cashpoint offers live streaming for some sports like football. For matches without live streaming, there’s a big play-by-play tracker in the middle of the screen, complete with advanced stats to show you how the game is progressing.
Mobile Betting
If you’re often on the move, you don’t have to take a break from your activities on Cashpoint because it is mobile-friendly. You can place bets through the browser-based version of the site, which is basically a mini version of the desktop platform, or through their native apps. Either way, the bookmaker is well-optimized for on-the-go betting.
Cashpoint Betting App
Cashpoint offers an iOS app that can be downloaded directly from the App Store and an Android APK variant. If you choose Cashpoint’s mobile app for Android, you’ll need to tweak your device’s settings to allow downloads from unknown sources.
Both apps are user-friendly, though the promo banner takes up too much space. I appreciate the integrated search option, making it easy to quickly find the bets or features you’re looking for. The apps are also quite responsive, and I didn’t run into any technical issues while using them.
Cashpoint Odds
Cashpoint offers some pretty competitive odds, especially in football. They often match up well, even against big names like bet365. On several matches, they had odds about 0.2–0.5 points higher for both favorites and underdogs. It might not seem like a lot, but for regular bettors, it adds up.
Sports | Historical Odds |
---|---|
⚽ Football | 94.42 % |
🏀 Basketball | 94.23 % |
🎾 Tennis | 92.59 % |
🏏 Cricket | 94.45 % |
👍 Overall | 94.23 % |
For other sports, it’s hit or miss. Tennis odds are slightly lower than what you’d find at top sportsbooks, but their basketball odds are pretty solid.
Contacts and Customer Support
You can reach out to Cashpoint for help through several channels, including:
Support email | support@cashpointsupport.com |
Support Phone Number | No |
Live chat | Yes |
There’s also an FAQ section if you want to sort out your issues quickly, but it’s a bit underdeveloped, in my opinion. It’s missing sections on bonuses and some other common queries.
Responsible Betting With Cashpoint
Hats off to Cashpoint for their commitment to responsible gambling. They’ve rolled out Mentor, an AI tool that monitors betting patterns and gives you tailored spending advice. They also offer several limits to help manage your gambling, like max bet, max loss, time, and deposit limits. For those who need more drastic measures, there are options like temporary cool-offs and self-exclusions.
My Final Cashpoint Evaluation
Cashpoint is definitely a bookmaker worth adding to your betting rotation. Sure, they’ve got a few things to fix, like offering 24/7 live chat, tweaking the desktop layout, and expanding their betting options. However, with a diverse betting program, great bonuses for both new and existing users, and competitive odds, the good outweighs the bad. Overall, Cashpoint can be your portal to betting success if you take advantage of its strengths and navigate around its few bumps.
